Snow Days
The Downs Enveloped in Snow!
The first week in February saw heavy snow at The Downs School and the surrounding counties. A decision was taken, for safety reasons, to close the school and use the school's e-learning facilities to allow teachers to set and receive work from students. Of course all our students were working hard, but in their scheduled breaks they took time to enjoy the fun of such a heavy snowfall and the incredible scenery it created. Below are some pictures taken by a student both at the Downs School and in and around Compton.
