Red Nose Day a Huge Success
Red nose day was a huge sucsess across the school with every single pupil and member of staff taking part. Many students chose to follow a 'Red' theme with their dress down options including wigs, noses, facepaints and hair dye. Staff were also invited to dress as students for the day and were reminded to tuck their shirts in and do their ties up!

Activities were plenty and varied - In the leadup to Comic Releif A Year 11 student had his bushy hair shaved to a Grade 2 by a fellow student - who attractively left him a Mohican strip before shaving the last section. The hall was packed with students who cheered and yelled in support. On the Friday students blasted out karaoke in the hall whilst some brave sixth formers, including a new pupil who loooked remarkably like one of the male science teachers, bravely had their legs and chests waxed by one of our Teaching Supervisors.
All in all a fantastic and worthwhile day resulted in us raising money for a great cause.
Maybe the proposed chilli eating contest will snezak in on next year's programme of red nose fundraisers!
